Please feel free to read all shipping policy before make an order

You will get a confirmation call within 24 hours, If no response we will try another call in different times, If no response your order will be canceled, So please make sure add valid mobile number.

1- We strive to provide all the information that helps you to reach what you are looking for, so please read the product description carefully.

2- Please make sure of the right size from the size chart.

3- If the order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be modified.

4- It is preferable to provide a WhatsApp number for better communication.

5- It is preferable to put a detailed and clear address ( governorate - region - street name - building number - floor and apartment – land mark ) to make delivery process easier.

6- If there are any shipping instructions, please clarify it in the notes when making the order.

7- In the case create multiple orders at the same address, please contact customer service to ship them in one shipment before completing the shipment process, otherwise each separate order will be charged with new shipping fees.

8- Most of the time, if the data is complete, the order is shipped directly without contacting the customer.

9- In case create a wrong order / Need modification on the order, please contact customer service before shipping the order.

10- All orders are delivered sealed to preserve the products and ensure the highest quality, In case found any problem in the order, please contact customer service.

11- Order delivery will take from 2-5 working days after place it, excludes weekends and official holidays.

12- Customer service will contact customer 3 times in 3 different days. In case no response, the order will be canceled and returned to the "SUTRA" headquarters again.

13- Any modification in shipping details after confirmation, the order delivery will be delay from 2 to 3 working days.

15- Customer service will contact customers in the third day after shipping the order, to follow-up the delivery, and will contact again after customer receiving it to insure the satisfaction.

16- The shipping company will contact the customer through a phone call or through messages on the phone to confirm the delivery date, please follow up on the phone during this period.
