If I don't like the product or the quality and will not receive it, will I pay shipping?

In this case, no shipping fees will be paid

If the size is too large, can I exchange for a smaller one, or vice versa?

- Exchange or return is available within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition.

If the product is different from the pictures or the quality is bad, can I return it as normal and get a refund?

- If the product does not match the sizes or specifications, it will be replaced or returned and the amount will be refunded.

How do I change the size?

Replacement is available by contact SUTRA customer service at 01016946753, and a replacement request will be activated. Within 4 days - or you can visit us at the nearest branch to you and make the replacement according to the invoice.

Is the material topper?

No .. Jacket products are made of the finest raw materials, all of which are cotton.. except for jeans, which contain a small percentage of Lycra. All of our products are tested to ensure their quality.


Can I make a replacement from any branch?

Yes You can go to the nearest branch with the bill and the Sitra team will help you.

Can anyone else receive the product?

Possibly. But we need the number of the person who will receive it to facilitate communication and delivery as soon as possible.

Sizes can vary from 1-2 centimeters because they are measured by hand. 1inch=2.54cm
